Hydra-Test System Kit
A complete kit of all the parts necessary to achieve system pressure testing by the Hydra-Test method. The kit includes:
  • Various test point plugs to allow a choice of the most popular locations in the hydraulic system.
  • Direct and remote probes to gain access for testing even where the Test Point Plug may be obscured by other equipment.
  • A pressure gauge with range to choice.
  • ‘O’-rings and seals.

3 to 8 Gauge Pressure Test Kit
Comprises a number of pressure gauges with different ranges mounted in a metal case. A flexible Probe and Test Point Plug are provided to connect the required gauge to the system.

  • 400 bar maximum working pressure.
  • Choice of nine pressure ranges.
  • Accuracy 1.6% fsd at 20°C.

3 Gauge Pressure Test Kit
Three gauges with different ranges are connected to the system in parallel via a flexible probe to provide optimum reading over a wide range of pressures. Over pressure protection valve operate on the two lower ranges.

  • 400 bar maximum working pressure.
  • Choice of seven pressure ranges.
  • Accuracy 1.6% fsd at 20°C.
