Pressure, Vacuum & Temperature Switches
HSP switches are all based on well proven, cost effective design principles. Models are available for actuation by increasing or decreasing magnitudes of either; pressure, differential pressure, vacuum or temperature. Low pressure models can be configured for pneumatic applications. IP65 protection is standard on all switches.

For hydraulic and
pneumatic applications
Models PDCA
Standard field adjustable pressure switches for actuation by rising or falling pressure.
  • Five models for working pressures from 0.35 to 420 bar.
  • Optional male/female medium connections.

Models PDCF
Standard factory set pressure switches similar to Models PDCA above, but with alternative features.

  • Factory set for working pressures from 0.35 to 350 bar.
  • Low differential.
  • Optional materials for wetted parts: steel, stainless steel, brass.

Models PDP
Compact aluminium bodied, field adjustable pressure switches with single set point or dual set points operated by the same inlet port pressure.

  • Six models for working pressures from 0.35 to 350 bar.
  • 316 stainless steel wetted parts optional.
  • Maximum system pressure 350 bar.
  • Manifold mounting option.

Models CFIS/CFIP
For heavier industrial applications, these models have 20 amp snap action micro switches and interchangeable pressure cartridges to handle a very wide range of switching pressures.

  • Working pressures from 0.07 bar vacuum to 350 bar.
  • Adjustable set point and deadband.
  • Electrical or pneumatic (Models CFIP) output signal.

Models PDDA/PDDB
These comprise of single housing in which two pressure switches are operated by a common inlet pressure.

  • Independent working pressures from 1 to 350 bar.
  • Aluminium or brass (Models PDDB) construction.

Models PJDA/PJDF
Compact field adjustable or factory set (Models PJDF) pressure switches operated by differential pressure between two ports.

  • Working pressures between 0.7 and 3 bar differential.
  • Maximum system pressure 35 bar.
  • Non standard porting on request.
