Metric Hydra-Test Equipment
This part of the Hydra-Test range is designed to be complimentary to and interchangeable with similar equipment from other manufacturers. Adaptors are available which allow the standard HSP Test Point equipment to be used with HSP or any similar metric equipment

Interchangeable with other manufacturers equipment
Metric Test Point Plugs
Fitted into the system via a threaded port.
  • Thread options Metric, NPTF, BSPT, BSPP, UNF.
  • Models for 400 and 600 bar system pressures.
  • Passivated steel construction.

Metric Soft Seat Test Point Plugs
Similar to the basic plugs, but for air, gas or liquid systems where bubble-tight sealing is essential.

  • 1/4” BSPF male connection.
  • 400 bar maximum working pressure.

Bulkhead Mounting Metric Test Point Plugs
Designed for use with HSP 1/4” or 1/2” BSPP Pressure Probes.

  • Rear male thread for hose fittings.
  • 400 bar maximum working pressure.

Metric Direct Pressure Probes
For direct connection to Test Point Plugs. They may be supplied with or without a gauge (gauge availability is described later).

  • 400 bar and 600 bar versions available.
  • 3 gauge sizes, 7 pressure ranges.

Metric Gauge to Probe Adaptors
For connecting 1/4” and 1/2” BSPP pressure gauges to Metric Hose/Probe assemblies.

  • 400 bar and 600 bar versions available.
  • Supplied with or without pressure gauge.

Metric Remote Hose/Probes
Forms a link between metric Test Point Plugs and pressure gauge/adaptor assemblies.

  • For system pressures up to 400 and 600 bar.
  • Wide choice of hose lengths.

Metric Hydra-Test System Kit
Complete kits of all the metric parts necessary to achieve system pressure testing by the Hydra-Test method. Kits include various test point plugs, direct and remote probes, pressure gauge or gauges with ranges to choice, ‘O’-rings and seals; all in a fitted carrying case. 3 kits are available with either a 63 or 100 mm gauge or 2 x 63 mm gauges.

  • Gauge range selection from nine alternative ranges.
  • 400 bar maximum working pressure.
  • Test plugs can be installed in the system as permanent features.
  • Pressure readings may be taken direct or remote.
